Refund policy

The hope is that you love every item purchased and the items are the quality you deserve. We understand things happen and there may be a need to return an item. We are happy to accept items for exchange if returned within 14 days from the date delivered. Items must be returned in the same packaging and in the same conditions as received. All items returned may be exchanged for the same value, refunds will not be issued. No refunds, exchange only. 

Please email us at gracepoiseboutique@gmail.com to receive return instructions and include the order number, item returning, reason for returning and name on the order. Providing this information will allow us to best help you with your return and ensure we can address any issues. 

Customer is responsible for all shipping fees for both the return and exchange. If the return is due to an issue on the side of Grace + Poise, we will be happy to cover the shipping fees.
